Yesterday John and I implemented importing any Secret Type.  Secret Server 1.1 currently supports importing Web Passwords (Username, Password, Url, Notes) which is useful but sometimes you just want to import passwords.

The new feature allows you to select the Secret Type to import (yes, this will work with custom Secret Types that you have defined too!) and then the wizard walks you through the import steps.
